    what fair value? …
    what fair value? the euro is nothing more then a fiat currency with nothing to back it up. like all fiat monies it will be printed out of thin air until it is valueless. in 10 years the euro will be worthless just like the Zimbabwe dollar. the US dollar will be in similar status, worthless. #LOL
