my 5EMAs Forex Trading System review

Monday, March 29th, 2010

http://bit.ly/5EMAsforex

After my 5EMAs Forex Trading System review I’m completely blown away and giving this program my highest recommendation. This is a completely unique, one of a kind Forex course, which provides a trading system that does not exist with any other program.

The biggest benefit is that it is not only an amazingly accurate trade formula, but it also includes a superb money management system. Any experienced trader knows that money management is the key to driving higher profits. You’ll always have cash sitting on the sidelines, ready to take advantage of huge movements, while keeping money invested and earning profits. In other words, the money management system allows you to steadily and consistently grow your Forex trading account to produce long-term wealth.

Dail Video Recap (3/22): Risk Aversion Strong Overnight, but Dies Down in NY Trading

Monday, March 29th, 2010

Monday, March 22nd, 2010
Recap: We came into this with risk aversion high as India hiked its interest rates on Friday sending commodity prices lower and EU leaders still cannot get on the same page when it come to aid for Greece. Those issues boosted the Dollar and Yen on safe haven appeal. In NY trading some of those gains were pared as NY stocks were in the green and oil and gold won back some of their earlier losses.

Friday, March 26th, 2010
Recap: A joint EU-IMF back-stop aid package was agreed upon, which would provide loans which could be worth between 20 billion and 22 billion euro. That gave relief to a pressured Euro which rallied in today’s trading. The greenback however still showed strength against commodity currencies like the Aussie as there was a bout of liquidation of Aussie long positions.

Lifestyle Trader Software to learn when to get in and when to get out of trading?

Sunday, March 28th, 2010

Has anyone had any experience with this trading software? I am seroiusly looking to buy this for trading commodities, forex, stock and options.

I love it when somebody tries to sell "lifestyle" as opposed to what the software can actually do. I’ve never seen someone put it in the product name before. "You don’t have to spend hours in front of a screen". You are buying from or selling to someone else. Why are they taking the opposite side of the trade? Are they stupid? Or are they seasoned professionals who approach trading as a business?

Lifestyle Trader has "two magic lines". This appears to be a simple moving average system. You can look on stockcharts.com or yahoo finance and see prices plotted against moving averages. This type of system can catch huge moves at some times and get you whipsawed at others. The trick is to know when to step back from the market and let it sort itself out. He doesn’t seem to discuss this. He also seems weak on money management. (That’s the critical plan which keeps you from allocating too much money to one trade and getting wiped out by a few losers.) Lifestyle Trader claims to work on everything. Why do you want to jump from one thing to another all over the place? You won’t gain an understanding of anything.

What’s the best online trading platform?

Sunday, March 28th, 2010

I currently have sharebuilder but they charge twice as much for selling than for buying stocks.

What are other competitors? I’d like one with no minimum, no maintance fees either.

There are a lot of good brokererages depending on what you like and how you trade.

Barron’s Online has a great article on brokerages that they publish each year. (I’ll try to find you the link for the March 6,2006 article)

For basic stuff, E*Trade, Ameritrade, and Scottrade are sufficient. For more complex trades, I’d recommend Optionsxpress, ThinkorSwim, or interactivebrokers.

Based on what you put in your question on wanting affordable w/o inactivity fees, I’d recommend optionsxpress since they have no minimum activity that you’re required to do. Further, they have some great strategy scans and a decent virtual trading platform to practice on.

Brokerages like Fidelity are horrible for anyone with any decent experience. Though they do have decent research stuff.

But for research, there are SOOO many places to find good stocks.

So, decide what’s important to you as a trader and compare the brokers! You can use the article, or go to each website as they all seem to have comparison charts!

And if there are any other particular things that you want to mention as being most important to you (such as executions, cust svc, cheapest trade – which you mentioned, flexibility on allowing you to do certain types of trades, stop and stop limit orders, contingent orders, great graphing, what if scenarios, training, etc), I’ll be glad to help discuss this with you too!

If you have any questions, let me know.

Hope that helps!
